Health Guarantee
We prioritize the health and well-being of each dog we place in a new home. All dogs adopted from American Pitbull Home come with a 30-Day Health Guarantee. This guarantee ensures that your new pet is in good health upon adoption and covers the following:
Veterinary Health Check:
Each dog undergoes a comprehensive veterinary examination prior to adoption. They are fully vaccinated, dewormed, and cleared by a licensed veterinarian.
Initial Health Guarantee:
If your adopted pet is diagnosed with a pre-existing, life-threatening health condition within 30 days of adoption, we will provide you with options for treatment support, replacement, or, if preferred, a refund.
Returns and Refunds Policy
At American Pitbull Home, we are committed to the happiness and well-being of our dogs and adopters alike. While we make every effort to ensure a strong, lasting bond between you and your new pet, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise.
Return policy
If for any reason you cannot keep your adopted pet, we ask that you contact us first. Our return policy allows you to return the dog to American Pitbull Home at any time if you are unable to continue providing care. We will assist in rehoming the dog, ensuring their continued well-being.
Refund policy
If you need to return the dog within the first 14 days, we will issue a partial refund, covering 50% of the adoption fee to support the costs of rehoming and care.
Refunds are generally not provided after 14 days, as the adoption fee helps cover the costs of shelter, healthcare, and training for the animals in our care. However, exceptions may be made for specific circumstances, which will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
